How are you going to live it?
Ever wondered ‘is this as good as it gets?’, ‘this isn’t how I thought my life would be’, ‘I wish I had done xyz’, ‘if I could turn back time I would’, or simply ‘if only’.
You are not alone. We have all faced those moments in our lives, and it’s totally okay. It’s what you do from this moment forward that truly matters.
Life is about lessons we need to understand in order for us to progress to the next stage in our lives.
Life is about take in those moments and determine which path you want to take next, what did you learn, what can you take with you as you step forward.
As a life coach, my role is to help you with where you want to go, not where you’ve been.
The past is the past, it’s about now and looking ahead. It’s about shaping your path to where you desire to get to.
I’m Anne Clark.
I am a woman, wife, mother and novice (always learning).
I have had many of those moments where I cursed and asked ‘why me’. In those moments, I might not have had a clear picture of why but I have always believed that things happen for a reason. When I reflect back on my journey, I realised they have moulded me into who I am today. Life hasn’t always been easy, in fact, it’s been a constant challenge. I learnt how strong I am, how to handle things in a way that makes me thrive, how to build my support network and how to push forward to keep working towards a greater goal.
I bring my tools and techniques into my life coaching so that I can support you to achieve those goals and desires that you have longed for. Help you get clear on what you want to achieve, where you want to see yourself, or simply help you find the right balance that works for you.

I recently read a social media post where a woman said she hated the word empowerment because she saw it as being a sign of weakness. What? Was my first reaction, followed by no, no, no, no. That is NOT what empowerment is about. This got me thinking? Why?...

Christmas and New Year’s are great times for us to switch off and reflect on the year we’ve had. It’s also an equally important time to break from the ‘norm’ that is our day to day busy lives.
